Customer service manager
The scope of work:
1 Establish a diversified air and sea import and export cargo distribution channel to provide customers with a variety of sea and air transport import and export solutions
2 Responsible for route resource management
3 Responsible for communication and relationship maintenance with airlines, shipping companies and suppliers, terminals
4 Responsible for collecting market information and understanding market trends.
5 Responsible for the quotation of export routes according to market conditions.
6 Responsible for the formulation of data analysis for import and export of sea and air transport, and report it.
7 Responsible for the day-to-day management of the operation department, including work arrangement and business knowledge training, to continuously improve the work efficiency and business level of the department staff.
Qualifications:
1 Male or female, college degree or above;
2 Have more than five years of relevant experience in the industry, familiar with the air and sea import and export market conditions;
3 Strong communication skills and keen insight;
4 Have certain data analysis capabilities and organizational coordination capabilities;
