Customer Service Supervisor (Job ID: MTE-CAN-CSS)

Responsibilities: 

1.Lead and develop the customer service team Lead and develop customer service team

2.Coordinate with sales/Account mgt team to ensure all customer requirements are met. Coordinate sales and financial management teams to ensure customer satisfaction is met 

3.Coordinate with operation team to ensure all instructions from customers are passed correctly to operations. Coordinate the operations team while ensuring that all operational instructions from the customer are executed correctly

4.Resolve customer issues and provide excellent in a proactive manner Solve customer problems with a good and positive attitude 

5.Proactively tracking and trace shipments and communicate with customers. Actively track the movement of goods and communicate with customers

Qualifications: 
Entry requirements:

1.Colleague graduate or above College degree or above

2.Min 2 years experience in CS function, at least 1 year experience in forwarder industry. 2 years of customer service experience, at least 1 year of freight forwarding experience 

3.Organizational skills (prioritize, plan, assign and control) Organizational skills (priority processing, planning, scheduling, and control)

4.good interpersonal and communication skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills

5.English language capability is degree 4(or above). English level 4 or above

6.Work under high pressure and high speed requirement Ability to work in high pressure and high efficiency requirements. 

7.Leadership skill & being a strategic thinker. Leadership and aspiration to become a corporate strategic planner

8.Obtain the certification awarded by CIFA or IATA、driving license is top-priority Have CIFA, IATA, driver's license priority
