Customer Service Specialist
Responsibilities:
Job Requirements:
1.Providing friendly and professional service to our customers Maintain a good relationship with the company's customers, provide quality services and detailed answers
2.P/O follow-up of import and export business air & sea for assigned customers Follow-up business of import and export of sea and air transport to designated customers
3.Answering customer inquiries Respond to customer needs
4.Close co-operation with sales force, operations and accounting departments Work closely with sales, operations, and finance departments
Requirements:
Entry requirements:
1.College school Graduate College degree or above
2.Experience in logistics firm preferred Have professional logistics experience
3.Good command in English, Cantonese & Mandarin Good English and Cantonese, Mandarin
4.Good communication & interpersonal skills Good communication and interpersonal relationships
5.Responsible and self-motivated with positive working attitude Responsible and positive work attitude
6.Obtain the certification awarded by CIFA or FIATA 、driver license is top-priority haveCIFAorFIATACertificate, driver's license priority
