In the logo, the left side is the symbol of IPPC, the right side CN stands for China, and the 31016 is the enterprise code of the Jiashi logo. The HT representative uses the heat treatment method, and if it is MB, it represents the methyl bromide fumigation treatment.
Which packages need to be added with the IPPC logo?
Some wood packaging production processes have reached the mitigation treatment conditions, and no special decontamination treatment is required. For example, wooden boxes, wooden pallets, etc., all made of wood-based panels such as plywood, particleboard, and fiberboard. Or all made of thin plates (including shavings, wood chips, etc.) having a thickness of less than 6 mm, or wood packaging processed during the production process, such as wine barrels, wooden gift boxes, and the like.
In addition to the above, all wood packaging containing solid wood components must be treated in accordance with the regulations, and the IPPC logo of the specification, such as the following wood packaging:
Inbound and outbound enterprises should accurately define the scope of wood packaging. At the same time, they should pay attention to the relevant provisions of wood packaging in destination countries, and implement corresponding treatments in accordance with regulations to avoid losses.
What are the customs requirements for outbound wooden packaging?
The Customs conducts random inspection and quarantine on the wooden packaging used for outbound goods. If it does not meet the requirements, it is not allowed to leave the country.
How to apply the IPPC logo to the wooden packaging of outbound goods?
Only the wood packaging label of the outbound goods obtained by the customs can be produced and the IPPC logo can be applied to the wooden packaging of the outbound goods. Up to now, China's enterprises that have obtained the qualification for labeling and application have been announced on the official website of the General Administration of Customs.
