作为一家专注于国际物流和销售的公司,MTE致力于拓展市场并提供高效的物流解决方案。而Suan则是一家位于泰国的榴莲种植、采摘和生产包装公司,拥有丰富的农业经验和资源。
根据协议,MTE将成为SN在泰国以外地区(包括但不限于中国)的独家销售代理,负责销售榴莲及关联产品,并处理所有地区的物流清关事宜,以确保产品顺利进入市场。与此同时,SN将负责统筹在泰国地区的榴莲采摘、收购和生产包装,保证产品质量和供应的稳定性。
根据协议,MTE将负责开展市场调研,制定销售策略,并确保在合作区域内的销售业绩达到合理的预期目标。而SN则负责保证榴莲的品质和安全,并提供符合国际标准的生产包装,以满足MTE对产品质量的要求。
双方将就销售价格、产品质量、物流安排等事宜进行及时沟通和协调,共同维护合作的良好关系。

Today, METRO EXPRESS (HONG KONG) LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as MTE) and SUAN NATTAKRIDTA CO.,LTD. (hereinafter referred to as SN) jointly announced that they have reached a strategic cooperation agreement.
As a company specializing in international logistics and sales, MTE is committed to expanding markets and providing efficient logistics solutions. Meanwhile, SN is a company based in Thailand engaged in durian cultivation, harvesting, and packaging, with rich agricultural experience and resources.
According to the agreement, MTE will become the exclusive sales agent for SN's durian and related products in areas outside Thailand (including but not limited to China), responsible for sales and handling all logistics and customs clearance matters to ensure smooth entry of products into the market. At the same time, SN will be responsible for coordinating durian harvesting, procurement, and production packaging in Thailand, ensuring product quality and supply stability.
Under the agreement, MTE will be responsible for conducting market research, formulating sales strategies, and ensuring that sales performance in the cooperation area meets reasonable expectations. Meanwhile, SN will ensure the quality and safety of durians, and provide production packaging that meets international standards to meet MTE's product quality requirements.
Both parties will communicate and coordinate in a timely manner on matters such as sales prices, product quality, and logistics arrangements, to maintain a good cooperative relationship.
This cooperation will fully leverage the advantages of both parties' resources, further consolidate their market position, and bring consumers better products and services.
